Abstract:
The article discusses the concept of the legal characteristics of smuggling of firearms, ammunition, explosives, explosive devices, identify the types of legal characteristics and defined its role in enhancing the effectiveness of interaction between border authorities, police and customs authorities in the fight against smuggling of firearms, ammunition , explosives, explosive devices.
