Abstract:

The author examines the question of the application of the criminal law regulations, considers the main features of the law enforcement technique, explores the relationship between the concepts of the criminal law application technique and law enforcement technique in the criminal law, answers the question about the uniformity and difference technical component of the law enforcement activities of all authorized entities, determines which technical operations should be included in the process of development, adoption, securing the enforcement of decisions.
