POLITICAL KONFLIKTOGENNOST RELATIONS «CENTER-REGION» (THE CASE OF THE FRENCH REPUBLIC)

The purpose of writing this article - to identify the main directions of the state regional policy aimed at regulating the level of political relations of conflict «center-regions». Tasks of work - to reveal the prerequisites of political conflicts, to characterize the content of regional conflicts as well as having a place of political technologies aimed at maintaining the balance of political interests of modern France. Methodology: A comprehensive study of the administrative-territorial division of France to determine the main characteristics of the constituent units of the French model of regionalism. Use system-structural method in which social relations are seen as an integral system of interrelations of phenomena and events of the political process of power relations level «center - regions». Conclusions: An analysis of Russian and foreign sources leads to the conclusion that the major issues raised in the article is particularly relevant at the present stage of development. Research possible by studying the French model of regionalism in the framework of a unitary state and territorial unit, the search for new technologies to prevent, avoid, stop to political conflicts at the regional level. Practical: It is possible to the theoretical understanding of a number of issues related to the practice of political and legal regulation of the regional policy of modern France, the choice of technology in the political framework of the state of construction, the procedures and ways of life that are intended to achieve the most optimal and effective implementation of the goals and objectives of a particular subject. Social consequences : Correlating the experience of the French model of regional development of relations with the Russian version «center-regions». Valuable experience in solving problems, legal and institutional arrangements for the organization of political power. Originality, value: The novelty of the research is in the very formulation of the question, as well as the allocation of the main directions of the regional policy in France, aimed at reducing political conflict potential of the region. The work is intended for anyone interested in comparative politics, political regionalism, international and Russian political process
