Abstract:

The article considers the law enforcement practice of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) in the sphere of combating restriction of competition in road construction in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the article 178 of the Russian Criminal Code (Restriction of competition) and forms proposals to improve legislation.
