Abstract:
The article is devoted to the problem of execution of punishments not connected with imprisonment. On the basis of generalization of court practice and enforcement of court decisions submitted for the execution of the criminal-Executive inspection UFSIN of Russia on Republic Dagestan, the author identifies some miscarriage of justice. Objective: to define the ways of perfection of activity of courts at awarding punishment, unrelated with imprisonment on the basis of generalization of court decisions acting on execution of criminally-executive inspection. The following methods were used: analysis and generalization of materials of inquisitional and judicial practice, sociological methods (questioning, questionnaire, supervision). Application results. The results can be used in judicial practice.
