Abstract:
The article describes the socio-political and administrative measures for the prevention of public calls for extremist activities. Special attention is drawn to the moral-educational preventive measures . Suggestions for improving counter- measures to public calls for extremist activities based on the analysis of the socio-political, socio-economic, organizational, managerial, moral and educational factors that contribute to the Commission of this act. Objective: to identify some ways of improving the system to counter public calls for extremist activities. The following methods were used: comparative, content analysis and generalization of judicial and investigation practice, sociological methods (survey, questionnaire, observation). Application results. The results can be used in activity of subjects of prevention of public calls for extremist activities.
