Abstract:
The article is devoted to development of economic and mathematical model that allows evaluating competitiveness of organizations in high-tech industries based on competitive advantages that arise through a network of competence centers. The author considers some variants of model given the effects of delay in competitiveness management system based on competencies. These variants of model allow to simulate real situations with sufficient accuracy given random factors in the process of assessing competitiveness of organizations through its network of competence centers. A mathematical model of organization competitiveness evaluation can be applied for the creation of information and analytical systems to support strategic decisions in the field of competitiveness management in organizations of high-tech industries.
