Abstract:
The article deals with urgent problems of counteraction to cybercrimes, bearing international character, affecting not only a wide range of private, corporative, national interests within a country, but being a global threat to the world community as well. Main development tendencies in computer crimes of transnational nature at present and measures taken to neutralize them are marked out.
