Abstract:
The paper proposed to address the problem of harmonization of labor laws of the EAEC Member States with the position of compliance with international labor standards - in particular, Conventions and Recommendations of the International Labour Organization (ILO). Conformity assessment is based on the materials of the ILO supervisory bodies, as well as the observations submitted to the ILO by the national employers and workers organizations. Given the limitations of the scope of the publication of this kind of research this one mainly affects the regulation of social dialogue. The article may be of interest to researchers questions of international legal regulation of labor
