FORMATION OF LEGAL BASES AND TENDENCIES OF THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MARKET DEVELOPMENT

Background: The purpose of writing this article is to identify the characteristics of the intellectual property market in general, the legal framework for intellectual property market, as well as the determination of the relevance of the study and use the experience of the European Union in the region for the formation of the legal framework of intellectual property market of the Eurasian Economic Union. Methods: This article used the historical and comparative legal research methods. Results: As a result of studying the peculiarities of formation of the intellectual property market, especially the development of international law on intellectual property, as well as the features of formation of a legal basis in the intellectual property market sphere of the European Union in the region, the author concluded that the need to study and then applying the experience of the European Union for the Unification of the Member States legislation Eurasian economic Union as well as the formation of an effective legal framework for intellectual property market sphere of the economic zone.
