There are carried out in article the legal and criminalistic analysis of hatred or hostility excitement, humiliation of human dignity as kinds of a crime of an extremist orientation. The attention is focused to various questions of qualification and proof which are characterized by lack of uniformity in interpretation and defiant difficulties in practice
