Abstract:
The article opens social business as the new phenomenon of the modern Russian state. The basis of business is a generation of profit for implementation of various social projects. Such business has to develop on the rules of world practice. The author believes that exactly social businessmen have to create new models of socially significant activity for formation of innovative socially oriented economy. Social business will allow to increase economic efficiency due to use of human resources and, first of all, such groups of the population as disabled people, mothers having many children, graduates of orphanages, the former prisoners, etc. Conclusions that development social business will promote employment of socially unprotected segments of the population and people for whom employment for full time isn't possible are drawn. Social business in Russia will promote also development of the sphere of social services, increase of their quality and availability
