Abstract:
The analysis of structures of crimes, entering concept of raider captures. Distribution of actions of raiders on groups of companies (networks), on the enterprises connected by a technological chain or large business, received transnational value. Chapter 22 of the criminal code of Russian Federation defining types of the penal acts made in the sphere of economic activity. Qualification of raider capture, an otgranicheniye of occupation of the enterprise from raider attack or unfriendly absorption. Violent nature of actions for occupation of the enterprise is possible by means of use of the organized force which is (mainly armed) - lawful power structures, illegal armed groups or mass participation of citizens, and also demonstration of readiness to use force. Schemes of raider captures - initiation of bankruptcy on small debt, a fake of various documents, power capture, minority blackmail, "the white scheme"
