Abstract:
Reviews examines the monograph Bertovskogo L. V. "Interrogation tactics and technologies", which deals with problems arising during questioning by investigators. It is noted the relevance, scientific and practical importance, as well as originality of the monograph. With a critical eye is considered quite a small amount of work devoted to the adoption of decisions on interrogation. Summarized that monograph will bring benefit to staff and investigative units, investigators, prosecutors, and also will be useful for students, graduate students, teachers, academics, legal educational institutions as well as people interested in matters of Criminalistics and psychology.
