Abstract:
The paper determines the complex of elements that form an adaptive development model of a higher education institution. It illustrates the process of the implementation of these elements. The authors reveal its realization in practice by Stavropol Affiliate of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation
