Objective signs of structure of vandalism by the criminal legislation of the State Parties of the CIS

In the present article the comparative analysis of a legislative regulation of objective signs of vandalism in criminal codes of the State Parties of the CIS is carried out. The author not only compared the criminal legislation of these countries and allocated the problems which are negatively affecting the law-enforcement activity directed on counteraction to vandalism manifestations but also offered ways of their permission
