Abstract:
The article outlines some of the issues of organizing the investigation of environmental crimes. It is proposed in this category to accept mandatory preliminary investigation. Points out the defects in the interaction of the investigator with the staff of goskomrezerva. Proposals for production of inspection of the scene and other urgent investigative actions.
