Abstract:
The article considers problem of passage training by youth aged persons in order to carry out terrorist activities in the North Caucasus republics. The study identifies the socio-economic, socio-political, organizational, administrative, ideological, moral and educational factors causing the training passage by youth aged persons in order to carry out terrorist activities. On the basis of generalization of factors, determining this crime, the author offers some of the socio-economic, organizational, managerial, moral and educational countermeasures to the training passage of youth aged persons in order to carry out terrorist activities. The purpose of research - the study of criminological aspects of the training passage of youth aged persons to carry out terrorist activities in the North Caucasus republics. The results of research reflected in this article can be used for further theoretical studies in the sphere of opposition to a terrorist crime. The methodological basis of the article is the dialectical materialist method of cognition, systematic, statistical and sociological methods. Application of the results: the results taken during the investigation are useful for improving the countermeasures to the training passage of youth aged persons for the purpose of carrying out terrorist activities.
