Abstract:
The aim of this work - is to identify the opportunities of the model of mechanism of legal regulation in understanding of essential characteristics of the legal institute of providing of information security in mass media’s activity. The Survey’s Methodology is: analysis and synthesis of systematic approach, abstraction, theoretical approaches in study of journalism and law. These led to conclusion about the need in creation of common model of mechanism of legal regulation, which is based on the following elements: the legal norms and regulations, legal relationships, acts of implementation of law, including law enforcement, legal awareness and legal culture, as well as the models reflecting the real processes in mass media. Many levels’ system of such a model permits not only to show the relationship and interdependence of mass media and other social institutions, the impact of environment, regulatory mechanisms in the context of information’s security, but also to predict the impact of possible options for the purpose of legal protection of interests of individual, society, as well as the state from internal and external threats
