Abstract:

The article examines the activities of international criminal groups, which nowadays are actively using the wide opportunities of the global Internet in anti-social purposes. The analysis of sophisticated cyber attacks most major international cybergroove to public and private entities. The peculiarities of the use of the web sites of extremist and terrorist organisations for propaganda of racial, religious and other forms of intolerance, as well as methods of combating this global threat, governments of some countries.
