Now steadily and effectively functioning cluster models of resort and recreational and trade and logistic complexes are in Russia in embryo that causes need of identification of mechanisms of formation of similar systems. These clusters will be formed on the basis of special economic zones, including, tourist and recreational type what the region of Caucasus Mineralnye Vody region is. Therefore, for functioning of similar clusters in the territory of Caucasus Mineralnye Vody region it is necessary to create the corresponding trade and logistic and tourist infrastructure, as is one of the main objectives of the market of real estate of this territory.
