Abstract:
Task - analysis of property theft, the delimitation of assignment and waste from fraud. Model - the basis for the study were scientific works in the field of criminal law, statistics. Conclusions - the existing system of definitions of key terms and definitions governing particularly important relationship in the field of misappropriation, needs to be further in-depth analysis, specification and ordering. The practical significance - the position and the conclusions reached in the study may contribute to increased attention to the issues identified, the effectiveness of the fight in the study area. Originality / value - prepared scientific article contains discussion questions and addressed to all those interested in the misappropriation and embezzlement in the shaping and implementation of the state policy of the Russian Federation in the field.
