Abstract:
In article the author analyzed one of the methods of government support to large families, single mothers in the form of allowances. It considered their role in the rising birthrate in 1917-1980 years. There are statistic data of natalityand birth rate, ratio of dimensions between welfare payment and average wage in the period under investigation.
