Abstract:

In fight against insider activity, in particular for successful disclosure of insider crimes modern researchers often rely on the foreign experience which is saved up in this sphere. To investigate an insider crime and to prove fault of the person in trial various methods and technologies are used. The insider can act, being the employee of the relevant company, and to carry out the actions from the outside
