Abstract:
The Article investigates the main problems of legislative support in the banking sector. The author explores the legislative framework in the field claimed, summarizes the view of several scientists expressed on the subject, and comes to the conclusion about necessity of legislative regulation of legal status of an independent Director and, in particular, his responsibility as an integral element of this status. In addition, the article includes a number of specific proposals aimed at improving the mechanism of legal regulation of corporate relations in the banking sector.
