Abstract:
The article deals with the problem of ensuring the safety of the applicants on corruption. The author noted the lack of adequate state protection measures of support to persons contributing to the detection of corruption offenses. The author also formed a number of proposals to improve public protection institution. Task is through a comprehensive study of the problems of ensuring the safety of participants in criminal proceedings, make proposals for the improvement of safety measures against persons contributing to the detection of corruption crimes; Model - universal method of cognition - materialist dialectics; General scientific methods of deduction and induction, analysis and synthesis, historical and logical; methods - logical-formal; Conclusions: further improvement of legislation in the direction of maximum guarantee the protection of whistle-blowers, creating a reliable mechanism of ensuring the security of these entities. Practical implications - the findings can be useful to departments of state protection in the exercise of its activity, also used in legislative activity on improving the existing standards in the field of public protection and in the development of local normative acts; Originality/value - the article presents new ways to improve measures of state protection of persons contributing to the detection of corruption crimes.
