Abstract:
The article is devoted to analysis of traffic safety and transport operation on the example of the Belgorod region. The authors review the typical mistakes of the officials conducting the preliminary investigation of crimes in the sphere of traffic and transport operation, but also on the basis of their own practical experience of work in bodies of internal Affairs, the authors propose recommendations for their prevention.
