Abstract:
Internet and mobile banking stimulate the development of new "mixed" products to customers, even without leaving your home or office, payments become available, enabling customers to save time. However, the development of remote banking service channels in Russia inhibits a number of problems associated with excessive regulation legislation, poor quality of electronic distribution channels and insufficient infrastructure of ATMs and POS terminals
