Abstract:

The relevance of the research topic due to the fact that the underestimation of the social danger of involving minors in antisocial actions is extremely dangerous because the formation of adolescent antisocial habits largely determines their subsequent introduction to criminal activity. Implementation of the prosecution of involving minors in antisocial acts is objectively caused by a measure to counter neglect and delinquency of children and adolescents. In consequence of this it is necessary to work out specially-criminological measures to prevent the involvement of minors in antisocial activities.
