Abstract:

The article examines the problems encountered in the implementation of the competent authorities of Russia international cooperation in criminal matters. Institute of joint (international) investigation teams is one of the new directions in field of international criminal procedure, which requires a detailed study. Joint investigations simplify the procedure of handling requests for legal assistance in criminal matters will help to overcome the problems associated with collecting, evaluating evidence, etc. According to the direction of foreign scientists working Judit Nagy and Jurgen Kapplinghaus. In this article reviewed the theoretical and legal basic institute of joint (international) investigations teams.
