Abstract:
This article examines the socio-economic characteristics of the city development strategy in modern conditions are denoted existing problems and shortcomings. The authors develop an algorithm development strategy of Astana on the basis of a balanced scorecard. It is proposed to supplement the methodology for assessing the cost-effectiveness of the implementation of the MTP city in the budgeting process at the municipal level
