Abstract:
This article discusses the features of the legal regulation of this federal authority as the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation related to the adoption of the Federal Law of 28 December 2010 № 403-FZ "On the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation". Particular attention is paid to the analysis of tasks, powers, duties, and the structure of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, which received substantial organizational independence
