Abstract:

This article is devoted to complex research of one of the social policy priorities - increasing employee motivation in organizations pursuing a bonus award policy in energy industry. Implementation of this experience in other industries is reasonable based on a positive operating results of applying this policy in the energy industry and development of a bonus policy which is well designed and non-statical
