Abstract:
The article discusses some aspects of the restrictions of use of land plots in the land law. Reveals some of the legal nature of restrictions on the rights to land. Proposed wording of the restriction of the rights of persons using the land. Are various kinds of land restrictions. Shown limitations in the field of turnover of the land plots, as well as restrictions aimed at solving problems of protection and rational use of land, the creation of the easements
