Abstract:
The work is devoted to investigation of current theoretical and practical accounting issues, prevent and eliminate conflicts of interest in the legal relationship, the subjects of which are connected to each other by marriage, kinship or property. The author comes to a conclusion about the inevitability of conflict of interest in the appointment of a guardian or trustee of an incapacitated or partially capable person his wife. The paper proposes to amend the law on guardianship. The work is intended for students, graduate students and professors of law schools, as well as for practitioners.
