Abstract:

This article discusses the features of the system of legal regulation of specific trades Institute, emphasizing that the bids reflect objective tendencies of development of market relations, stating that in the frame work of the modern civil law, tendering should be considered as a special way to enter in to a contract of sale, which forms pre-agreement relationship. Problems of modern legal regulation of trading were studied in detail, and specificity of the irlegal entity was defined, as well as organizational and legal aspects of auctions were disclosed, demonstrating their importance in the current economic system of the Russian Federation. In connection with the conclusion that the auction sale currently the main form of who lesale of fur raw materials, recommendations for improvement of legal regulation of the institution are given
