Abstract:
This article discusses the concept of workplace used in the framework of a special assessment of working conditions, namely: the difference between the concepts of «workplace» and «workplace», the concept of «similar workplace». Based on the analysis of legal documents made proposals to concretize the Law № 426-FZ, the concepts of «workplace» and «similar workplace».
