Abstract:
Purpose: to examine the content of a multicomponent approach to the employment rehabilitation of the disabled in Moscow. Methods: based on the analysis of regularities in the labor market justifies the need for the provision of labour rehabilitation of persons with disabilities in an independent object of study and control of composition of vocational rehabilitation. Results: a multicomponent approach allows you to link labor rehabilitation of disabled of the adaptive nature of the business flexible and changing forms of work organization due to changes in the external environment and the requirements of efficiency and competitiveness. Scientific novelty: in public policy for supporting people with disabilities needs to be appropriately taken into account new aspects of employment, labour relations, social protection, due to the transformations in the world of work.
