Abstract:
The article examines the problems associated with imbalances in the structure of the Russian economy and the role of agricultural Bank in agricultural development. The article based on the analysis of the current situation in the economy, the necessity of support of crediting of agricultural enterprises by transforming the agricultural Bank into a development institution. Consider the proposed three-tier model of lending, the necessity of its implementation in practice. Reviewed the possible options for the development of targeted lending activity of the Bank in modern conditions. The work is intended for specialists in the field of Economics, interested in this subject.
