The problems of saving the title of permanent (perpetual) use, inheritable possession for life on land plot in case of deconstruction of immovable on it are found out in the article. Analysis enforcement practice approaches has been taken through on the following directions: suits qualification. The following conclusion has been done in the article that direct expungement from the Land Code of the Russian Federation the rule devoted to saving the title of permanent (perpetual) use, inheritable possession for life on land plot in case of deconstruction of immovable on it does not mean vanishing of the rule; on the contrary, the author makes a conclusion that previous device was transformed in articles of the Code devoted to abating of the right of permanent (perpetual) use, inheritable possession for life on land plot and also in articles of the Code devoted to attachment procedure of land plot because of improper use of land plot; that is why enforcement practice stored up does not lose its urgency.
