Abstract:
The article notes the need to improve measures to prevent illegal gambling activities in the Russian Federation. The purpose of this article to offer direction in the development of new means and methods of combating illegal organization and conduct of gambling. These areas we include the development and implementation of measures aimed at restricting illegal actions on the organization and conduct of gambling in the "Internet" and the responsibility of landlords to provide premises to be used as a gaming establishment.
