Abstract:

The article discusses the intent as an element of the subjective side of crime under Art. 176 of the Criminal Code. The author examines the approaches and points of view of scientists on the issue, as set out in the legal literature, taking into account existing legislation. As a result of a brief study, the author points out possible ways to improve this provision of the criminal law
