This article summarizes and systematized presentation on this type of economic activity as the exchange of knowledge, in particular their innovative ways. New ways of sharing knowledge and new ways of working together network transform procedures for the exchange of knowledge and form new knowledge management technology. In this case, the key success factors are creativity, openness, exchange of ideas, the global nature of the interaction. The author offers opportunities to improve and enhance the effectiveness of these processes
