Abstract:
The agriculture, being the important making food independence, demands active state regulation. In article the characteristic of elements of the financial mechanism of support of agrarian and industrial complex as a whole reveals and the attention to the most effective tool - the preferential taxation application the uniform agricultural tax concentrates.
