Abstract:
This article examines the legal status of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation in modern conditions. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the functional purpose of the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation as an institution of constitutional control. The author considers the objectives and functions of the Accounting Chamber as the main structural element of the system of financial control over the formation of the federal budget.
