Abstract:
The current policy of stimulating innovation is increasingly allocated in a separate area, which stands on a par with economic and social policies. In modern conditions it is possible to say on the approval of a genuine innovative development paradigms, assumptions about the conversion of science and innovation in the field of specialized government regulation. In this article the author analyzes the role of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in the development of innovative policy development as the most vivid apologist stimulate innovative activity among international institutions.
