Abstract:
In this article the author analyzed the determinants of repetitive crime probation. Consideration of the question posed is carried out from different sides: in the current legislation, practices of application and enforcement of probation, according to scientists, set out in the legal literature, etc. The author emphasizes the necessity of the consideration of previous experience in dealing with a specified phenomenon
