Abstract:
Subject. Today's crisis conditions of economic development require a comprehensive assessment of a monitoring mechanism in order to create an effective system of financial management. Goal. Improving the system of financial control, which is part of the financial system of the state and performing the functions of element management. Methodology. In this article, method of comparative analysis, explored different approaches to the implementation of the state financial control and the parameters affecting the efficiency of the meeting. Results. A retrospective analysis of the development of state financial control in Russia. The analysis methods, types and forms of state control. Conclusions. Methodological approaches to enhance the efficiency of the internal financial control of the main managers of budgetary funds.
