Federal state budgetary establishment of a science Institute of Africa of the Russian Academy of Sciences
Abstract:
The article deals with complex analysis of prerequisites of the establishment and future trends of declared credit and investment policy of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). Based on comparison of AIIB with other multilateral development banks the author shows that China's initiative of AIIB foundation is a serious step in the practical transformation of international monetary and financial system in order to enhance the role of developing countries in multilateral development institutions. It is concluded that AIIB may in the future be used as a tool of expansion of economic and political influence of China on developing countries of Asia-Pacific Region
