Abstract:
The analysis of a historical way of the fur market formatting was carried out. It is defined that fur trade is an important component of an economic complex of Russia Federation. It causes need of formation of an effective legal framework of regulating the relations in this sphere. The analysis of the Russian legislation in the sphere of regulating the relations on production and a turn of fur products shows that its development happened under the influence of the Soviet legislation. At the same time modern market operating conditions of this branch are demand from the domestic legislator the formation of qualitatively new legal mechanisms of regulating the relations of various participants of the fur products market. In article the analysis of legal regulation of economic activity in the sphere of production of fur, production and trade in fur products were determined. Problems and prospects of further development of the Russian legislation in this sphere were defined.
